Positions open on two Peachtree City boards

Two volunteer boards in Peachtree City have openings for one new member and one alternate each. The Water & Sewerage Authority, which meets the first Monday of each month at the WASA office, is accepting applications until Nov. 11. The Airport Authority, which meets the second Thursday of each month at Falcon Field, has a Nov. 18 deadline.
Board members, who are appointed by the City Council, must have lived in Peachtree City for at least six months; terms for all positions are for five years.
