Doraville police arrested a man after a chase into Gwinnett County on Tuesday.
Terryon Harris had a warrant for allegedly assaulting a police officer when a cop pulled his Ford Focus over in Doraville, police said.
"The driver fled the scene and the officer followed the vehicle to Lilburn where the vehicle was eventually stopped," police said in a post on Facebook on Tuesday afternoon. "The officer took Harris into custody without incident."
Harris now faces new charges in Doraville: fleeing or attempting to elude, failure to obey traffic control device and reckless driving.
