The Marietta and Cobb County Police Departments and the Cobb County Safety Village will host their first radKIDS® Summer Camp.

radKIDS® is a safety education program that is designed for children between the ages of 8 and 12.

Topics will include how to prevent bullying and how to stay safe while on the internet, at home, at school, in a vehicle and outdoors.

In addition to these issues, many tricks used by child predators will be discussed along with physical resistance strategies that children can use to stop these possible abduction attempts.

The camp will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. June 10-13 at the Cobb County Safety Village, 1220 Al Bishop Drive, Marietta.

Cost for the camp is $80.
