I-285 is slated to see more overnight lane closures this week as part of roadway and bridge construction for the I-285/Ga. 400 interchange project in the Perimeter area of North Fulton and DeKalb counties.

All closures are “weather permitting,” subject to change and scheduled for 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. nightly, according to the Georgia Department of Transportation.

Monday through Saturday, two left lanes of eastbound and westbound I-285 will be closed between Glenridge Drive and Peachtree Dunwoody Road; while Tuesday through Friday, two right lanes of eastbound and westbound I-285 will be closed at Long Island Drive.

In related work, two northbound lanes of Roswell Road from I-285 to Carpenter Drive will be closed from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. nightly through Wednesday for sewer line relocation. Northbound and southbound traffic will be routed onto the southbound side of Roswell Road.

Ramps to and from I-285 will remain open. Information: https://bit.ly/2jfU8S7
