Georgia's obesity rate among adults in 2014 was a terrible 30.5 percent, but it wasn't even close to the worst in the nation.
That honor belongs to Arkansas, which outweighed all other states at 35.9 percent, according to the report released this week by the Trust for America's Health and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
The rate was little changed from 2013, but you'll be stunned at the increases in adult obesity in the Peach State since 1990.
