Peachtree Corners held an open house recently for residents to express their opinions on the key transportation issues and challenges facing State Route 141/Peachtree Parkway. For those unable to attend, the city is providing the opportunity to provide online concerns and suggestions: www.tinyurl.com/yccyjswn. Comments will be accepted until 4 p.m. Friday, June 16.

The purpose of this project is to study the feasibility of improving the efficiency, operation, and safety of the S.R. 141 corridor. This includes Peachtree Parkway/Medlock Bridge Road from Peachtree Industrial Boulevard in Peachtree Corners to State Route 120/Abbotts Bridge Road in Johns Creek. The goal of the study is to develop viable, multi-modal, and cost-effective short- and long-term traffic solutions.

Information collected will help focus traffic analyses on high priority areas and develop effective transportation solutions for the corridor.
