The Peachtree City Recycling Center at Ga. Hwy. 74 South and Rockaway Road is once again accepting electronic waste, including old computer towers, laptops, modems, cordless phones, fax machines, VCRs and cellphones. Among the items not being taken are CRT TVs and monitors, CDs and DVDs, gas-powered equipment and devices containing PCBs, liquid mercury or Freon. The center is open 1-4:30 p.m. Wednesdays and 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Saturdays.
