Roswell residents can weigh in on the city's proposed $24 million bond referendum at any of five public forums in the coming weeks. City officials have proposed the November bond vote to secure funding for a new cultural arts theater and other recreation and road improvements.

The meeting times and locations are:

-- 6:30-8:30 p.m., Tuesday, Roswell River Landing

-- 6:30-8:30 p.m., Feb. 2, Roswell City Hall

-- 6:30-8:30 p.m., Feb. 7, Hembree Park

-- 2-4 p.m., Feb. 8, Adult Recreation Center

-- 6:30-8:30 p.m., Feb. 16, East Roswell Park
