The Fulton County School System has begun construction on a realignment of Thomas Drive. The street runs south of the new West Roswell Elementary School currently being constructed on State Route 9/Alpharetta Highway.
Thomas Drive will be closed beginning at the intersection of Alpharetta Highway while the county’s contractor completes the realignment of the road, which is expected to take approximately a week, weather permitting.
Work zone signage will be posted.
Motorists are encourated to take alternate routes during this time to access Thomas Drive.
