A Norcross man says he’s received a number of suggestive phone calls after his number appeared in a Craigslist ad promising sexual favors.

The 31-year-old told Norcross police he suspects a former employee placed the ad.

“(The victim) stated the employee was fired and left very disgruntled just a few weeks back,” according to the March 13 incident report.

Even though the ad has been pulled, the man said he’s still receiving unwanted calls on his work-issued cell phone.

Norcross Police Sgt. Bill Grogan said the case is under investigation but so far no one has been arrested.

“It is illegal, it is harassment,” he said.

The suspect will be charged with stalking if apprehended, Grogan said.
