Norcross celebrated City Manager Rudolph Smith’ 20 years of service on June 3. The city honored Rudolph, a Georgia-native, for his many business deals, marketing tactics and finance projects over the years.

Smith first joined Norcross in 1998 and was promoted to city manager in Nov. 2008.

Prior to being named city manager, Rudolph distinguished himself as the Norcross General Government Administrative Director/CFO. He also served as Norcross Tax and License Manager, presiding over a department, which generates more than 68 percent of the total revenue for the city.
