The Norcross City Council recently approved a zoning request by Scope Builders of Flowery Branch to allow for two lots to be developed on one parcel of land at 285 Autry St. The land near the intersection of Autry St. and Nesbit St. will be rezoned from a 75-foot width allowance to allow a 65-foot lot width.
Approval comes with conditions.
No variance will be allowed for front, side or rear seatbacks. The builder will be required to submit site plans to scale showing existing and proposed improvements to the lots.
