The Norcross City Council recently approved a rezoning and development request to allow for a 26-unit townhome community on Pinnacle Way. The 2.61-acre pie-shaped site sits in the eastern portions of both the city and the I-85 Activity Center Character Area 13. The site is easily accessible via either Beaver Ruin Road or Brook Hollow Parkway.

Pedestrians will access the community through the existing sidewalk network on Pinnacle Way that connects to the Safe Routes to School multi-purpose trail on Beaver Ruin Road and Pinnacle Park towards Brook Hollow Parkway.

Approval came with 26 architectural review board conditions and an additional 16 planning and zoning board conditions. Conditions ranged from guidelines regarding landscaping and HVAC screening to setback allowances, façade materials and exterior color choices.
