The Lawrenceville City Council approved $813,425 recently for the replacement of the water main at South Clayton Street and South Perry Street. The project includes construction of approximately 5,200 feet of 12-inch ductile iron pipe water main with six interconnections to existing water mains, switch over connections of existing water services to new water main, erosion and sedimentation control measures, and appurtenances.

The contract, funded by the city’s Capital Outlay Fund goes to low bidder, GS Construction Inc. of Lawrenceville.
