The Peachtree Corners City Council voted Tuesday to approve, with conditions, a development on 6.47 acres along Peachtree Parkway. The retail/office development at 5242 Peachtree Parkway will be designed along the lines of the existing Forum shopping center, located across the street.
Two public hearings were held by the Peachtree Corners mayor and city council on March 17 and April 21. The approval comes with strict conditions designating the types of businesses not allowed including animal hospitals, tattoo parlors, auto repair and night clubs, to name a few.
Other conditions include the requirement of bike racks in accordance with the city’s overlay standards.
