A new Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen in Lawrenceville will open soon, and it's looking to hire more than 250 workers.

The cajun restaurant at 2038 Duluth Highway, near Sugarloaf Mills, is looking for about 80 back-of-house and 175 front-of-house employees, said general manager Steven Carden. There’s no set date for the restaurant’s opening, but Carden said he is hoping that day will come sometime in April.
