A homeowner in an upscale section of Buckhead pledges to tone it down, after six 911 calls for noise complaints and plans for another party New Year's Eve.

Tax records show the house is owned by a company controlled by Lee Najjar, otherwise known as "Big Poppa" of  "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" fame.

Charity organizers hosting the New Year's bash say they had no connection to past events and are hoping not to be hurt by the home's reputation.

"We've got a great black-tie event that we're hosting called Bungalow Ball," said organizer John Mentzer, who took the pulse of the neighborhood. "When we received some feedback, it did catch us off guard because we weren't aware with some of the concerns they've been having."

Najjar told Channel 2's Jim Strickland that he often rents the house as an event venue. Mentzer doesn't want past drama to cloud his event.

"This isn't our first rodeo with events. We know how to do them and we know how to do them well," Mentzer said.

Strickland obtained a letter to neighbors signed by Najjar in which he states, "I have notified the city that this will be the final event, and do apologize for the disturbances that have occurred."

Najjar says he will continue to rent the home as a movie set. It remains on the market for $20 million.
