The Braselton Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to large multi-use development on 77 acres at the intersection of Ga.53 and Braselton Parkway at 7 p.m. Oct. 28 at the Braselton Police and Municipal Court Building, 5040 State Route 53 in Braselton.

The first 9 acres fronting Ga. 53 and Braselton Parkway would include 6 general commercial lots. Directly behind the commercial property would be zoned for 240 multi-family residential units on 30 acres. The remaining 40 acres along Braselton Parkway would be developed for a warehouse/distribution center. An extensive traffic study has been submitted with the proposal.

If recommended for approval, Braselton’s mayor and town council will hold a public hearing on the conditional use permit at 4 p.m. Nov. 7, 2019 at the same location.
