More than 200 students will receive degrees from Georgia Gwinnett College on Tuesday.

The 216 summer graduates will be addressed by Georgia Senate President Pro Tempore David Shafer, a Republican representing parts of Gwinnett and Fulton counties. All of the summer graduates will receive bachelor's degrees.

Georgia Gwinnett College's spring graduates were addressed by state Rep. Stacey Abrams, the Georgia House minority leader and a Democratic candidate for governor.

The commencement ceremony begins at 10 a.m. on Tuesday. It will be held at the Infinite Energy Center in Duluth.
