Missing Powder Springs man found safe, reunited with family

Oct 31, 2013A 75-year-old Powder Springs man who suffers from dementia was found safe and reunited with his family late Wednesday, Cobb County police said.
Theodore Harold Lockhart had been reported missing after a neighbor reportedly saw him walking on Hill Road with a suitcase about 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, police said.
His family had last seen him early in the morning, police said.
Late Wednesday, Cobb police cancelled a Mattie’s Call about Lockhart.
They reported that he had been found in good health and was back with his family. No other details were provided.
