The Milton City Council gave final approval Wednesday to place Sunday liquor sales on the November ballot.

Residents will now have the chance to vote this fall on whether to allow licensed retailers in the city to sell beer, wine or liquor between the hours of 12:30 and 11:30 p.m. on Sundays.

Council members also approved an agreement with Fulton County to conduct the election. The price tag is $42,746 for the general election and $36,593 for a runoff election.
