Doraville City Council denied a conditional use permit for Treat Your Feet massage parlor at 5382 Buford Highway.
The new owners requested the application to expand from suite C to suite D.
The business is licensed to operate and provide full body massage in suite C only.
Community Development Director Joe Cooley told council that the massage parlor was cited for violation of zoning code when a compliance officer discovered a therapist providing full body massage services in Suite D.
