MARTA’s proposed service cuts go before the public for a final round of comment this month, before getting final approval from the MARTA board June 28. MARTA is cutting up to 15 percent of service and still will have to pull $69 million from reserves.

The public meetings are this coming Monday and Tuesday, June 7 and 8. Information sessions go from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., followed by hearings from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
