Marietta families and guardians now may apply for possible placement of their children in the 2016-17 Choice Academies program of Marietta City Schools through Jan. 22 with decisions expected by early February.
Continuation agreements also must be submitted for their children to stay in these advanced studies programs.
Choice Academies are available in each elementary school in the city with school tours available by appointment by contacting the school directly.
Space must be available at the school and within the grade level requested before a Choice application is eligible for approval.
