A man who exposed himself to several children at a Lilburn apartment complex has been arrested on charges of child molestation, police said.

Hysunn Lamar Rowan, of Stone Mountain, was taken into custody Tuesday in the Nov. 2 incident at the Villas Apartment Complex on Stone View Trail, said Lilburn Police Capt. Ben Haynes in a press release. Rowan does not know anyone in the apartment complex, said police, and the incident occurred in a public area.

Gwinnett County investigators are looking into a similar incident that may involve Rowan,  a registered Georgia sex offender, said Haynes.

Rowan is being held at the Gwinnett County Jail without bond on four counts of aggravated child molestation, one count of obstruction of a police officer and one count of public indecency, according to jail records.
