Man robs Wachovia, commits suicide

A man robbed a Wachovia Bank in Rome -- and then shot and killed himself at a nearby Steak n' Shake as police followed him there, Channel 2 Action News is reporting.

The man robbed the Wachovia Bank on Shorter Avenue in Rome on Thursday morning, authorities told Channel 2.
