Strackbein was driving on Langford Road near Corner Oak Drive around 3:45 a.m. Monday. At some point, Strackbein lost control of the car, and it began to turn sideways, police said. The car stuck a curb and began to roll.

Investigators found that Strackbein was not wearing a seatbelt, causing him to be ejected from the vehicle. Strackbein died from the injuries he sustained in the crash and ejection.

No other cars were involved in the crash. The road was closed for about two hours and re-opened around 6 a.m., according to police.
