A Gwinnett County jury on Friday convicted 20-year-old Brandon L. Mosley of murder for gunning down a teenager during a drug rip-off at an apartment complex on June 28, 2011.
A courtesy officer found the body of Angelo Larocca, 19, in a stairwell at the Columns at Paxton Apartments in Lilburn.
The incident allegedly occurred when the victim went to buy prescription drugs from Mosely, who lived in the complex, and another man, Hunter Mason Davis.
Mosley was found guilty Friday morning on all seven counts: murder, felony murder, armed robbery, aggravated assault, and two counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, said Assistant District Attorney Mike Morrison.
