Police in Duluth used an app to turn the tables on a man accused of using the same app to steal a phone, according to Channel 2 Action News.

Collin Harwell, 20, allegedly snatched a smartphone from the hand of a woman who who used the LetGo app to sell it, police said.

Minutes later, police said he posted the phone for sale using the same app.

Unfortunately for Harwell, an undercover cop answered the ad, the news station reported.

Detectives waited at a Walmart on Pleasant Hill and arrested Harwell when officers found the stolen phone in his car’s glove compartment.
