Lovejoy amends 2013 city budget

Lovejoy officials voted this week to amend the city’s 2013 budget by moving $68,500 from reserves to cover a host of unexpected expenses for services and products. A lot of the unforeseen expenses included office supplies and increased insurance premiums.
