The Lilburn City Council recently approved some housekeeping measures that will amend various city ordinances to remove text referencing the city’s Alcohol Review Board and replacing it with the City Manager and/or another designee.

During the same council meeting, the city approved an alcohol application for The CRC Restaurant Group, LLC doing business as Agavero Cantina Parkside at 66 Main Street. The license allows for retail consumption on the premises for beer, wine and distilled spirits. The license becomes effective immediately after the business receives an occupational tax certificate.
