The Lilburn Planning Commission has recommended approval of a proposed multi-use development for 7.7-acres at the southwest corner of Main Street and Lawrenceville Highway/US 29.

Nacoochee Corp. is proposing businesses fronting Lawrenceville Highway and Main Street, and a multi-story residential building fronting Church Street and Main Street. A parking deck would be constructed in the center of the square with the same design elements. The property is within the Lawrenceville Highway Corridor Overlay District and subject to strict standards for landscaping, architecture, and signage.
