Lawmakers to meet on cityhood bills

State lawmakers from DeKalb County who have proposed new city bills will hold an informational meeting next week.

Issues to be discussed include options of forming cities and annexing into existing cities as well as how to get involved in the efforts.

The meeting will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday, May 6 at Clairmont Hills Baptist Church, at the corner of Clairmont and North Druid Hills roads.
