More overnight lane and ramp closures have been announced for the vicinity of I-285 and Ga. 400 as their interchange reconstruction continues in North Fulton and DeKalb counties.
Southbound Glenridge Drive under I-285 is closing to let crews work on a temporary signal and remove a cantilever signal and sidewalk, according to the Georgia Department of Transportation. The closure was scheduled from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. nightly Saturday through Tuesday, and Tuesday to Wednesday.
The northbound lanes of Glenridge will remain open, and pedestrian access will be maintained, GDOT said.
In other work, from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. nightly, the ramp from northbound Ga. 400 to westbound I-285 will be closed from Monday through Wednesday; from westbound I-285 to Roswell Road, from Wednesday through Friday; and from southbound Ga. 400 to westbound I-285, from Wednesday through Saturday, GDOT said.
