The Kennesaw City Council will hold public hearings at 6:30 p.m. Monday, City Hall, 2529 J.O. Stephenson Ave. on three zoning matters.
W&H Investments is requesting rezoning for 14.4 acres at 3088 Rutledge Road and 3057 Main St. for a single-family attached development.
Fuqua Acquisitions is asking for a change to an application already approved for around 52.3 acres at 1650 Cobb Parkway that would affect the management, operation and ownership of the senior residential community on the northwest corner of Cobb Parkway.
A new section, titled Form Based Code Standards, may be added to the Unified Development Code.
If approved, this section will establish new standards for designated areas on Cherokee Street and in the city’s Central Business District.
A copy of the draft is on file in the Planning and Zoning Office, City Hall, for viewing during normal business hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
