Three posts on the Kennesaw City Council will be up for election on Nov. 7 for four-year terms.
Elected citywide, those seats are held now by Nimesh Patel for Post 3, Jimmy Dickens for Post 4 and Jim Sebastian for Post 5.
Qualifying times will be 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (closed noon to 1 p.m. for lunch) Aug. 21-23 in the City Hall Training Room, 2529 J.O. Stephenson Ave., Kennesaw.
Qualifying fees will be $360 each - 3 percent of the gross annual salary of $12,000 each.
