Kennesaw Parks & Recreation opened Adams Park on May 22 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The fields and batting cages will be open for nonorganized activities, according to a city statement.

However, prohibited are organized activities including, but not limited to, team practices, games and group gatherings greater than 10 people.

Social distancing of at least six feet apart must be observed.

Dug-outs will remain closed.

Any flagrant violations will result in immediate closure of the facility.

The fields may still be closed due to poor field conditions, with these closures to be announced through social media.

Tennis courts will remain open to the public.

Public restrooms, playgrounds and pavilions will remain closed to the public at this time.
