Kennesaw to condemn several properties for road projects

The Kennesaw City Council has decided to condemn minimal acreage of 13 properties for three road projects.

Negotiations have been underway since early 2012 for one parcel for the Old Highway 41 road improvement project.

With negotiations underway since early 2014, nine parcels are for the Pine Mountain Road improvement project.

Since early 2013, negotiations have been ongoing for three parcels for the Stanley Road and Collins Road improvement project.
