Juvenile arrested for punching MARTA driver

Officials with metro Atlanta's MARTA transit system say they've arrested a juvenile accused of attacking a bus driver.

Channel 2 Action News reports  the attack happened near Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and Wellington Street early Saturday morning.

Authorities said the driver had been fighting with the juvenile. At some point, police said the juvenile hit the driver in the face.

Officials said the driver remained in the hospital Monday.
