Johns Creek has announced an open house to share design plans and seek residents’ comments on the city’s five newest parks.
The open house, by the city’s Public Works Department and Recreation and Park Division, is scheduled for 7 to 9:30 p.m. Aug. 18 at City Hall, 12000 Findley Road.
Design teams will be on hand to hear from residents about three proposed “pocket parks”: Bell at Boles, at the intersection of its two namesake streets; Morton Road, on Morton east of State Bridge Road; and State Bridge, on State Bridge south of Camberbridge Drive.
They also will seek input on the Technology Park Linear Park, along Medlock Bridge Road between Johns Creek Parkway and East Johns Crossing; and Cauley Creek Park, on the Chattahoochee River south of Bell Road between Cauley Creek and Rogers Bridge Trail.
