The city of Johns Creek will hold a series of presentations and public hearings on the proposed 2015-2016 budget.

Mayor Mike Bodker will present the roughly $52.7 million document-an increase from this year’s $50.4 million-during a 5 p.m. Monday city council work session in the council chambers at Johns Creek City Hall, 12000 Findley Road. Council public hearings are set for 7 p.m. Sept. 8 and 28.

The council plans to adopt the budget following the Sept. 28 hearing, prior to the Oct. 1 beginning of the fiscal year.
