Police in Johns Creek are searching for a man who they say bought $29,000 worth of Home Depot gift cards using a stolen credit card.

The theft occurred in early April, but police put a BOLO out on the suspect on Monday. He is shown in surveillance footage as having short hair, wearing a long-sleeved shirt and blue jeans.

Police say that from April 2-3, the man also purchased gift cards from various Game Stop, Office Depot and Home Depot stores, though they can only confirm he purchased $29,000 in gift cards from Home Depot.

Anyone with information about this case is asked to contact Detective Seymour at 678-474-1547 or at tseymour@johnscreekga.gov and reference Case No. 2018-001903.
