Johns Creek police officer saves a runaway pup

It's a dog owner's worst nightmare: the runaway.

Luckily for this pet owner, one Johns Creek officer saved the day after he spotted the little pup as the owner chased it down the street.

In a dashcam video posted to Facebook by the Johns Creek Police Department, Officer Ware is seen stopping his car in the middle of the street, walking out of the vehicle and picking up the small dog before returning it to its owner.

You even see the officer sneaking in a quick cuddle.

The video has been viewed more than 25,000 times and has garnered more than 100 shares on Facebook.
