The city of Johns Creek will get into the holiday spirit on Nov. 30 in Newtown Park.

That's when the city will light a 30-foot tree and a dreidel display.

Festivities begin at 6 p.m. and will feature Santa, reindeer and other activities for all ages.

Free hot chocolate, coffee and s’mores will be available, while supplies last, and a food truck from Big C’s Chicago Kitchen will be there to sell pizza, hot dogs and more.

Guests are invited to sign giant holiday cards for military personnel to send to Georgia veterans’ hospitals. The city is also collecting new, unwrapped toys for Toys for Tots.
