The inspector noted finding a dead roach on top of a freeze and insect “parts” and feces on a shelf above the freezer.
The report says swai, a white, flaky fish, was being advertised on the menu as catfish.
Other concerns included a dirty air filter on the ice machine and the fact that no one was in charge, the report said.
An employee at the restaurant said Thursday they’re working to address concerns. A message left for the manager wasn’t immediately returned.
