No injuries were reported Thursday in a predawn blaze at an apartment complex near Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.

The fire at the Harrington Park complex on Camp Creek Parkway between Washington and Herschel roads was reported about 4:30 a.m.

“On arrival, units found heavy smoke and flames pouring out of the upper floor of the center apartment of the building,” College Park fire Battalion Chief Brian MacGregor White told The Atlanta Journal Constitution.

White said crews made a “fast attack” and were able to hold contain the fire to one apartment.

The cause of the blaze has not been determined.
