In the early hours Monday, a man tried to use a debit card belonging to Natalie Henderson at a convenience store in Roswell.

That man will now be charged in the murders of Henderson, 17, and Carter Davis, 17, both of whom were shot in the head behind a Roswell Publix store about an hour and a half before the attempt to use Henderson's card.

Roswell Police Chief Rusty Grant said Thursday that police were able to place the cellphone of Jeffrey Andrew Hazelwood, 20, at the scene of the murders and also at the convenience store.

Hazelwood was to be transported from Roswell to the Fulton County Jail Thursday night and will be charged with two counts of murder, two counts of aggravated assault, theft and financial transaction card fraud, police said.

Also on Thursday, mourners said farewell to Carter Davis at his funeral. Natalie Henderson's funeral is scheduled for Friday morning.
