And for many Christmas trees, the holiday season ends with a wood chipper.

Keep Georgia Beautiful has been holding the “Bring One for the Chipper” tree-recycling campaign for decades.

There are lots of spots around Cobb County and throughout metro Atlanta participating in the effort that turns trees into mulch. Below are the locations in Cobb.
