A bid of $3,761,719.60 for work on Lester Mill Road, a dirt road improvement project in Henry County’s SPLOST program, was approved recently by the Henry County Board of Commissioners. A budget amendment of $1,684,304 in funding taken from cost savings in eight other SPLOST projects was also approved for utility relocation and construction.
