The Henry County Board of Commissioners voted March 20 to approve a reversion from single-family residential to residential agricultural for 18.83 acres of land on Pullin Road. The applicants, who own and operate a catering business, made the request to allow agri-tourism on the site, as they are planning to create an event venue with a functional farm for “farm to table” dining events.

The commissioners approved the plan with conditions after the county’s Zoning Advisory Board previously recommended denial. The vote was unanimous.
